Our tunnels are made of stainless steel and 200 micron UV resistant plastic or shade netting, the highest quality with structural strength and high durability.
Single - Span Greenhouse Tunnels
These greenhouse tunnels are ideal for emerging and commercial farmers.
In general, they measure 10m x 30m x 4m in size, however, we do manufacture different sizes to suit your needs and specifications.
The tunnel has a ventilation flap on both ends. Heating and/or cooling system can be added.
Multi - Span Greenhouse Tunnels
The multi -span greenhouse tunnel is a variation of single – span greenhouse tunnels.
Multiple structures are joined together to share one structure on the inside, unseparated by plastic between tunnels.

Shade net structures – They are designed for easy assembly. These are made of treated round pole structures with polyethylene UV treated net covering. They provide partially controlled environments by reducing high intensity and protect plants from sun damage.
Shade Netting
Shade net is a lightweight knitted polyethylene fabric that provides plants and people with protection from the sun. Shade cloth fabric is available in densities ranging from 50% to 90% to suit the unique needs of different types of plants, flowers and crops.
Irrigation and Fertigation
Irrigation – is the practice of applying controlled amounts of water to land to help grow crops and landscape plants.
Fertigation – is the technique of supplying dissolved fertiliser to crops through an irrigation system. When combined with an efficient irrigation system both nutrients and water can be manipulated and managed to obtain the maximum possible yield of marketable production from a given quantity of these inputs.

Drip Irrigation Systems
Drip irrigation is a low-pressure, low-volume watering system that saves water and fertilizer by allowing water to drip slowly to the roots of plants, either onto the soil’s surface or directly onto the root zone, through a network of valves, pipes, tubing, and emitters.
Irrigation feeds the plants from dripper lines lying on the ground next to the palnts and is the most efficient water delivery system into the plants, delivers directly to the palnt’s root zone in right amounts at the right time.
